Jesus is calling everyone who is tired of struggling spiritually. These are people who are tired of being worried, anxious and afraid. People who are tied up in their own sins and the sins of others. He invites us all to come to Him. He makes a promise: serving Him and being tied to Him will put you in a state of rest. It will refresh you. It will give your heart and mind peace. He is gentle and humble in heart. You will find solace and serenity in your life with Him.

Are you tied up in your own sin or in the sins of others?

Do you have peace in your life, or chaos, anxiety and fear?

Do you believe that serving God will add more chaos, anxiety and fear in your life?

If so, what do you think about the promise Jesus made? Do you believe Him?

Are you tired of the lack of peace in your heart and mind?

If so, are you willing to humble yourself before God to get it?

HeartCry Prayer

Lord, forgive me for doing things my own way. I have tried to get peace on my own, but nothing has worked. I am worn out and tired. I accept the invitation to serve you today. Lift the heaviness off of my heart and mind. Give my heart and mind peace. Refresh my life with the power of Your Spirit.
