Jezebel's Story

This is about a woman who has become twisted as a result of bad situations in her life. It tells us not to take it personally, because she has a wounded heart and a broken spirit. We have to ask God to show us the inner hearts of people so that we can forgive them and pray for them- especially those who have hurt us personally.

Let me tell you a story
about a girl I know
who preys on the innocent
'cause she's all alone

She knows betrayal hurts
it's been done to her before
but she has no regrets
'cause she's bitter to the core

She isn't looking for love
because love doesn't work
at least not for her
'cause she always ends up hurt

her poison will make you cry
she's full of deceitful ways
and mysterious lies

One day she'll meet her Maker

about her injustices
